CA Manish Agarwal (Managing Partner)
He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Registered Valuer with The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), engaged in rendering transaction advisory services and valuation of securities (equity shares, preference shares, hybrid instruments like convertible shares, and debentures etc.), debts and derivatives (futures and options, ESOPs etc.). He carries out valuation in the strategic context as well as under the statutory requirements of various regulations (Companies Act, SEBI, Income-tax Act, FEMA, Ind AS, IBBI) and helps clients in deriving value of a business including intangibles.
He is a professional with over 15 years of in-depth exposure in corporate tax advisory, tax assessment and litigation, international taxation, transfer pricing, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, audits, due diligence, risk mitigation, corporate laws, Goods and Service Tax (GST) and other indirect tax laws.
Prior to this, he was associated with Vodafone India , managing International and domestic tax matters involving cross-border and domestic taxation issues, withholding tax issues, M&A and restructuring, interpretation of tax statutes and treaties, tax compliance, litigation and planning.
He has also worked with Bansi S. Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants, where he also underwent articleship training.
He has experience of multi-cultural environment while working on international assignments. Various articles and publications on varied subjects have been authored by him.
Currently, he is serving wide range of clients ranging from large multinational corporations to SMEs to HNIs and advisor to various business entities.

CA. Sanuj Agrawal (Partner)
A Tax and Finance Professional with over 15 years of in-depth exposure in financial accounting & planning, statutory audits, internal and management audits, Goods and Service Tax (GST) and direct taxation.
Prior to this, he was associated with JP Morgan. He has also worked with Atos Origin & Citi.
He renders advisory, planning, compliance and audit services to corporate and non-corporate clients across large spectrum of industrial and service sectors particularly in the area of Goods & Services Tax (GST), Income-tax and Corporate laws. He is also responsible for planning and compliances of statutory and tax audits.
